Jinny Richards

Jinny is an Arkansas native who graduated from John Brown University in 2009 with dual Masters degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Counseling. Jinny also obtained formal Bible training and spent almost 9 years overseas with her husband and children serving in cross-cultural ministry. Now, she is serving others as a licensed associate counselor. Jinny believes it is a privilege and honor to walk alongside you in your healing journey and knows that “He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.” (2 Cor. 1:4). Jinny is passionate about helping people. Whether it’s teens and their parents, adult individuals, or couples, she is honored and eager to walk with others through life’s struggles. Her experience is in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse survivors, ministry hurts, grief/loss, and relationship issues. Jinny currently lives in Greenbrier with her husband and three sons. A favorite verse is Psalm 37:23, “The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord holds them by their right hand.”
